Atlanta, GA – CIBIR LLC announced today that Joseph Seanor has accepted a position with CIBIR LLC as CEO and will help to lead the company in the area of Network and Voice security. Mr. Seanor’s area of expertise is in Converged Security, where the voice and data networks share connections. Today’s networks have become more and more complex and the Voice world has kept up with this. PBX’s are now servers and not mechanical switches, it is in this area that Mr. Seanor’s expertise will help to protect our customers.
Mr. Seanor has spent the past 15 years in computer crime investigations, cyber-crime, network security and voice security. Having worked for Cross Telecom, Avaya, America Online, Learning Tree, Department of Justice and the Central Intelligence Agency, Mr. Seanor brings a new perspective to the world of security. As an established author, Mr. Seanor believes that providing information to everyone about the nature of security so that they can take charge of their own network security, his most recent published work is the chapter on Converged Network Security in the book “The Black Book on Corporate Security” provides the reader with an introduction to the threats an problems of a Converged world and how to better determine their threat level and ways to help secure their Converged Network.
